Cancellation & Refund
Effective Date: 1 April 2026 | 24-Hour Return Window
1. Overview
At DealBana Marketing, your satisfaction matters to us. We offer a 24-hour return window from the date of delivery, allowing you to request a full refund if your product does not meet your expectations or arrives in unsatisfactory condition.
This policy is designed in compliance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and applies to all purchases made on our website.
2. Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched. Once an order has been handed over to our courier partner, it can no longer be cancelled and must instead be handled through our return process after delivery.
To cancel an order before dispatch, please contact us immediately at dealbanamarketing@gmail.com or +91 93155 92673 with your order ID. If the cancellation is successful, your full payment will be refunded within the timelines described below.
3. Return Eligibility
You are eligible to request a return and full refund within 24 hours of delivery, provided that one or more of the following conditions are met:
- The product is damaged, defective, or broken upon delivery.
- The product delivered is incorrect (wrong item or wrong variant).
- The product is significantly different from what was described on our website.
- The product is missing parts or accessories as listed.
All return requests must be accompanied by clear photographic or video evidence of the issue. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Certain categories of products are not eligible for return or refund. These include:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or similar products).
- Personal care or hygiene products once opened or used.
- Items that have been used, washed, or damaged by the customer after delivery.
- Products purchased during clearance or final-sale promotions (clearly marked at the time of purchase).
- Customised, personalised, or made-to-order products.
- Digital products or downloads once accessed.
5. How to Initiate a Return & Refund
Please follow these steps to raise a return request:
- Contact us within 24 hours of delivery via email at dealbanamarketing@gmail.com or WhatsApp/phone at +91 93155 92673, including your order ID and a description of the issue.
- Attach clear photographs or a short video showing the damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
- Our team will review your request within 2 business days and confirm eligibility.
- If approved, you will receive instructions for returning the product. Return shipping may be arranged by us or reimbursed if you ship it yourself, depending on the nature of the issue.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed.
6. Refund Timeline
Once your return is approved and the product has been received and inspected, we will initiate your refund. Refunds are credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase:
- Credit / Debit Card: 5–10 business days from refund initiation (as per your bank's processing time).
- UPI / Net Banking: 3–5 business days.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Refunds for COD orders will be issued as a bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS). Please provide your bank account details when raising the request.
You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed from our end. We are not responsible for delays caused by your bank or payment provider after the refund has been initiated.
7. Subscription Cancellations
If you have enrolled in one of our subscription plans, you may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting our support team.
Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds are issued for unused days within an active billing period. If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us within 7 days of the charge and we will investigate.
Free trial periods, if applicable, must be cancelled before the trial ends to avoid being charged for the next billing cycle.
