Shipping & Exchange

1. Overview

We want your order to reach you safely and on time. DealBana Marketing partners with reputable third-party courier services to deliver your products across India and to selected international destinations. This policy outlines everything you need to know about how we ship, what it costs, and how exchanges work.

2. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to the following locations:

  • Within India: All states and union territories, including remote and serviceable pin codes. Availability may vary for some deep-interior or restricted areas.
  • International: We ship to select countries worldwide. During checkout, if your country is available, the shipping cost and estimated delivery time will be displayed. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or local levies — these are the responsibility of the customer and are not covered by us.
We are not liable for any delays, duties, or non-delivery arising from customs clearance processes in your country. Please check your local import regulations before placing an international order.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges vary depending on the delivery location and the weight or dimensions of your order. The exact shipping cost will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your payment — there are no hidden fees.

Domestic (India)

Calculated based on weight and destination. Displayed at checkout.

International

Based on destination country, package weight, and dimensions. Customs duties are extra and borne by the buyer.

4. Delivery Timelines

We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Delivery times after dispatch are as follows:

  • Metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Pune): 2–4 business days.
  • Other cities and towns in India: 4–7 business days.
  • Remote areas and far-flung pin codes: 7–10 business days.
  • International: 10–21 business days, depending on the destination country and customs processing time.

These timelines are estimates and may be affected by public holidays, adverse weather conditions, courier delays, or high-volume periods such as festive seasons.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email and/or SMS with your tracking number and a link to track your shipment. You can also log in to your account on our website and view real-time order status under "My Orders".

If you have not received a tracking update within 3 business days of your order confirmation, please contact us with your order ID.

6. Failed or Undelivered Shipments

If delivery is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address or absence at the delivery location, the courier will typically attempt delivery up to 2–3 times before returning the package to us. Please ensure that someone is available at the delivery address and that all address details (including PIN code) are correct at the time of ordering.

In the case of a returned shipment, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch. If you do not respond within 7 days of our notification, the order may be cancelled and a partial refund (excluding shipping costs) may be issued at our discretion.

7. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for eligible items within 24 hours of delivery, subject to product availability. Exchanges are accepted in the following circumstances:

  • Wrong size or variant was delivered.
  • The product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
  • You wish to exchange for a different variant of the same product (e.g., colour, size) — subject to stock availability.

To initiate an exchange, please contact us at dealbanamarketing@gmail.com within the 24-hour window with your order ID and reason for exchange. The item must be returned in its original, unused condition with all original packaging and tags intact.

If the exchanged item is priced higher than your original purchase, you will be required to pay the difference. If it is priced lower, the difference will be refunded to your original payment method.

8. Damaged or Incorrect Items

We take quality seriously and inspect all products before dispatch. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please reach out to us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photographic or video evidence of the issue.

We will arrange for a return pickup and either re-ship the correct product at no additional cost or issue a full refund, based on your preference and product availability. Please do not use or discard the product before raising a complaint, as this may affect your eligibility for a replacement or refund.
